Description
Take in the beautiful scenery of Poole and Swanage and look out for the many varied birds of the local area during this relaxing birdwatching cruise. Depart from Poole Quay in the evening and head along Purbeck’s beautiful World Heritage coastline, led by Durlston Country Park rangers. The guiding rangers know all the local geology and birds and can point out puffins, guillemots, kittiwakes and many more, to help bird lovers onboard get the most from this scenic trip – perfect for nature lovers!
Availability: Every Friday from 6 May to 24 June. Weather: This experience may be cancelled in exreme weather conditions (e.g high winds) and may stop or delay the boat from departing. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Departs from Poole Quay at 6pm returning at 10pm (you can also pick up the cruise from Swanage Pier at 7pm, returning at 9pm).
