This is an ideal experience for anyone who fancies getting involved in making beer. Head to a fun and informative brewery session at Brewhouse and Kitchen in Sutton Coldfield. Start with breakfast and then enter the micro-brewery for a technical talk with the resident head brewer. Learn the different stages of beer making before getting stuck in with creating an ale or brew. Try mashing in, boiling, adding hops and yeast and all the extra bits and bobs that go to make up a truly special brew. After the hard work, tuck into a well-deserved pub lunch, accompanied by some of the brewhouse’s very own beers. Finish with a question and answer session and two weeks later, pick up a five litre keg of personal brew to take home.
