Description

The great outdoors is a wonderful thing to get out and explore, but being equipped with the right skills can make the experience even more enriching. This class encompasses the four key elements of bush survival – food, fire, shelter, and water – and provides the basic skills needed to survive and thrive in the wild. Other skills including how to use a knife safely and how to get your bearings are also taught by vastly experienced guides. Refreshments and light campfire lunch are also provided on the day. The class takes place in the beautiful Chew Valley which is renowned as a thriving habitat for many species of bird, insects and mammals. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn a new set of potentially invaluable skills.
