Relax, be pampered and restore your mind, body and soul at this top Champneys health spa which offers the perfect opportunity to get away from it all. The experience begins with a welcome and an introductory tour of the facilities. Then spend your day enjoying unlimited use of the swimming pool, whirlpool, gymnasium, sauna and steam rooms. To add to the indulgence, enjoy three 25 minute treatments including a Champneys facial and massage, followed by either a manicure or pedicure. You can take part in a complete programme of exercise and relaxation classes if you’d like to work out as well as relax, with trained therapists on hand to give professional advice at all times. A healthy buffet luncheon is also included. Pure bliss!

Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year, subject to availability. We recommend booking several weeks in advance. Weather: The weather should not affect your day. Restrictions: Minimum age 14, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Vegetarian, kosher and other special dietary requirements can usually be catered for; requests in writing directly to the spa at least 21 days prior to arrival.
