Acknowledged in The Domesday Book in 1086, Hazlewood Castle has been the venue for some spectacular feasting down the centuries. After coffee and biscuits, you’ll go for a brief tour of the castle followed by a glass of champagne with a two-course lunch at Restaurant Anise. Then head chef Tim Hamer offers a two and a half hour cookery demonstration. Tim started his career at the Grosvenor House hotel and has several years experience working at top level. He’ll show you how to prepare a variety of dishes – some classic, others with a twist. The demonstration includes a tasting and Q and A session and you’ll get a complimentary signature apron.
