Head along to The Smart School of Cookery, which is based at venues across the South East and enjoy a masterclass for two. The cookery school was founded by Ann Hood, who previously starred on BBC’s Masterchef. The school is the perfect spot to gain insider tips from trained chefs, in a relaxed atmosphere. In small groups, join the chef and prepare and cook recipes using quality ingredients. As well as having a go at cooking each, enjoy demonstrations before sitting down to enjoy the tasty dishes made. The lessons aim to pass on kitchen skills to inspire cooking at home. Choose from a wide range of classes including Thai, seasonal dishes or seafood.
