Everyone loves cupcakes and this experience for two is perfect for learning how to use cake decorating tools and decorating skills in order to produce fantastic results at home. This hands-on course is taught by the legendary Eric Lanlard, cake maker to the stars (including Madonna and Elton John) at his unique cake emporium in South London. With an army of plain cupcakes, create some unique cupcake decorations using buttercream icing with different paste colours. Manipulate and cut the icing into shapes, then decorate the cakes with various toppings. Luxury hot chocolate is provided and each person takes home a box of 12 of their own delicious creations.
