Experience a bit of culture with a wine workshop for two at Denbies Wine Estate, the largest vineyard in England. Begin the day with an introduction to the basics of wine tasting, before moving on to ‘blind’ wine tasting – learning what to look for when tasting different styles of wine. Taste classic examples of different wines from around the world, comparing Spanish with French, New World and English and gain an understanding of which foods and wines complement each other perfectly. Refreshments are provided throughout the day and halfway through the workshop, tuck into a two-course lunch served in the Gallery Restaurant, accompanied by some of Denbies award-winning English wine.
