This spa in Birmingham offers a quiet retreat from the real world and an evening with unlimited access to all their facilities. For those with energy to burn, make use of the fully equipped gym and for the more sedate guest, relax in the vitality spa pool, a thermal suite (sauna or steam room) or in a luxurious relaxation snug pod. The evening wouldn’t be complete without the inclusive dry flotation tank experience. Instead of getting wet, the treatment bed becomes a mattress filled with warm water. Enjoy the relaxation that comes with complete weightless.
