Drive two stunning cars on one great experience at Thruxton race circuit. On this driving experience be treated to the very latest and according to the press, the very best Ferrari ever made – the 458 Italia. Start with a briefing on safety and driving techniques. Then be driven for two laps in a Porsche Cayman by your instructor to demonstrate circuit driving techniques. Next up you’ll take the steering wheel and drive three fantastic laps in the Porsche Cayman. Finally enjoy three laps driving the incredible 4.5 litre V8 Ferrari. With a 0-60mph time of just 3.3 seconds, the feeling you get when driving the Ferrari 458 at Thruxton, the UK’s fastest track, is quite simply unbelievable.

Availability: Selected Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from February to November. At least two dates per month. Dates fill very quickly, so please allow at least six weeks advance booking notice. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. ice or heavy rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Any unused laps are credited for another visit. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Expect to be at the circuit for approximately two and a half hours, including your briefing, safety guidance, driving time and debrief. Please arrive a few minutes in advance of your booked start time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: Your briefing will be shared. All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis. Spectators: Spectators are welcome. A camera will come in handy. The venue offers good facilities for spectators and drivers. Children must be closely supervised at all times and dogs are not permitted at any circuits. Dress Code: Dress comfortably (preferably avoiding synthetic clothing) and wear narrow, flat-soled shoes. A helmet and any special clothing you need will be provided. Guidelines: Thruxton circuit is adjacent to and well signposted from the A303 between the M3 and M4, approximately one and a half hours from London. Proceed through the main entrance, up the drive and through the tunnel. The tunnel entrance is slightly off to the left at the top of the rise. Turn immediately left into the paddock car park and at the far end you will see the media centre building where you will need to sign in. Restrictions: Maximum height is 6’3”. Maximum weight is 18 stone. You’ll have to sign a disclaimer confirming that you hold a full British or international manual driving licence, are in good health and don’t have any disabilities that might impair your driving. Other Info: Thruxton is the fastest circuit in the UK and a popular course in the British Touring Car championships. You’ll drive the full 2.4 mile circuit. When booking expect to be offered the choice of buying a collision damage waiver at £20 to £40 additional charge. Please note there is no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.
