A Ferrari versus Aston Martin driving experience at Elvington Race Track in Yorkshire is a truly special treat to leave the most ardent of petrol heads feeling inspired. Get in the hot-seat of the Ferrari 355, 360 or 430, one of Maranello’s finest driving machines, and either the Aston Martin V8 Vantage or the DB9. After an initial burst of three laps around the 1.7 mile Elvington track in the Ferrari, summon up the energy to fire up again and tear around again in a V8 Vantage or DB9.

Availability: At least one weekend date a month from February to November, plus very occasional Fridays and Mondays. Dates fill very quickly, so we recommend you book several weeks (at least six) in advance. Weather: Driving might be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Contact will be made if the experience is cancelled for any reason. Duration: Expect to be at the circuit for between three and four hours in total. Please arrive 45 minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis. Briefings are held in groups of up to 30 people. There are likely to be other vehicles on the track at the same time. Spectators: Spectators are welcome and there are catering facilities on-site. Extra (chargeable) drives are available on the day. Safety dictates that pets cannot be permitted. Dress Code: Dress comfortably (and warmly in winter) with trousers, long sleeves and narrow, flat-soled shoes to negotiate pedals that are close together. A helmet is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Maximum weight is 18 stone. Minimum height is 4’11” and maximum 6’5”. A full British or international manual driving licence must be produced on the day in order to participate. Other Info: The model of Ferrari and Aston Martin you will drive will be confirmed on the day. When booking expect to be offered the choice of buying a collision damage waiver at £20 to £40 additional charge. Please note there is no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.
