Take control of two world-class racing giants in one thrilling session with this Ferrari versus Aston Martin experience at Lydden Hill in Kent. The astounding Aston Martin and the ferocious Ferrari have very different but equally incredible capabilities and provide the kind of performance and pace sure to satisfy even the most hardened of petrol heads. Following a safety briefing and introduction to the track, it’s time to hop in the driver’s seat with an instructor as passenger to advise during driving time. Then, once revved up and ready to go, grab the wheel of either the Ferrari 355, 360 or 430 for six sensational miles of driving action, followed by a further six miles in the Aston Martin DB9 or V8 Vantage. Finish by taking home a certificate.

Availability: Runs at least one Friday or Saturday every two months throughout the year. As availability is limited, please book at least three months in advance for this popular experience. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. high winds, ice or heavy rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. The venue makes contact if the experience is cancelled for any reason. Duration: Lasts approximately two hours. This includes briefing, safety guidance, driving time and debrief. Please arrive 45 minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: Up to 30 people take part. Briefings are shared with a group. All driving is held on a one-to-one basis. Spectators: Spectators are welcome. Children must be closely supervised at all times. The venue offers good facilities for spectators and drivers. Pets are not allowed. Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. A helmet and any special equipment is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum height is 5’2”, maximum is 6’6”. Maximum weight is 18 stone. A full British or international manual driving licence must be produced on the day to guarantee participation. Other Info: All instructors are Association of Racing Drivers Schools (ARDS) qualified. The model of Ferrari and of Aston Martin to be driven is confirmed on the day. When booking expect to be offered the choice of buying a collision damage waiver at £20 to £40 additional charge. Please note there is no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.
