In a fully-equipped lakeside fishing cabin, be taught all about the fishing tackle, the flies used, what, when and how to fish them, how to read the water and how to cast a fly. After lunch, put all the coaching into practise and fly fish for trout from the banks of world-famous and award-winning Rutland Water on a motor boat. If you catch a fine trout, it will even be prepared and packed for you to take home and show friends and family. You may take up to a maximum of two fish home. Rutland Water has around 26 miles of shoreline, covering 3,500 acres and is Europe’s biggest and premier trout fishing lake; the trout are not too easy to catch but the quality of the fish is world-class. Light refreshments, lunch and a certificate are included.
