A totally wild ride for two, try harness zorbing in Nottinghamshire. Perfect for a couple of adrenaline junkies, this crazy experience begins with a necessary safety briefing, before climbing the hill and entering the sphere. Both get strapped in tightly to the inside of the big PVC ball, before a little nudge sets you both rolling off down the hill, spinning, screaming and laughing all the way down! This is a total adrenaline rush and a surreal and fun experience for two friends or a couple who like a thrill.

Availability: Events run most weekends between April and September. Dates fill quickly and we recommend booking several weeks in advance. Weather: High wind or heavy rain can make sphereing unsafe and any cancellations are made with safety in mind. Call the weather line on the morning of the experience to check if it is going ahead. Duration: Lasts up to an hour, with a few seconds to a full minute actually rolling in the ball. Numbers On Day: Each sphere is exclusive to two people. Spectators: Family and friends are welcome to come along and watch, the more the merrier. Dress Code: Wear long sleeves to prevent the harness rubbing shoulders and gloves to improve grip. Shoes and socks, jewellery, glasses and any other loose items must be removed. Guidelines: Restrictions: Must be fit, healthy and not pregnant. Min height 4′, max weight 18 stone. Min age 12, max 60.
