Description

Prepare for a true thrill – rolling down a hill in a big PVC ball in the Nottinghamshire countryside. This unique experience starts with a safety briefing, before you get strapped into the sphere, are given a little nudge and off you roll! Reach speeds of up to 30 mph and get a massive adrenaline rush on this hair-raising and hilarious ride. Afterwards, feel free to relax in the surroundings, recovering from the rush and watch others take their turn down the hill!

Availability: Events run most weekends between April and September. Dates fill quickly and we recommend booking several weeks in advance. Weather: High wind or heavy rain can make sphereing unsafe and any cancellations are made with safety in mind. Call the weather line on the morning of the experience to check if it is going ahead. Duration: Lasts up to an hour, with a few seconds to a full minute actually rolling in the ball. Numbers On Day: Share the sphere with one other keen participant. Spectators: Family and friends are welcome to come along and watch, the more the merrier. Dress Code: Wear long sleeves to prevent the harness rubbing shoulders and gloves to improve grip. Shoes and socks, jewellery, glasses and any other loose items must be removed. Guidelines: Restrictions: Must be fit, healthy and not pregnant. Min height 4′, max weight 18 stone. Min age 12, max 60.
