Begin with a private consultation in the personal shopping suite (not available at Reading) to determine personality, preferences and fashion tastes, along with advise on latest fashion trends, accessories and beauty products. Then with the guidance of the personal shopper choose items that really suit and flatter the body. With a whopping £450 to spend in store you will be spoilt for choice. To round up the indulgence women will receive a mini makeover at the beauty counter, while men get a skincare consultation. The lucky recipient will also get a small goody bag filled with product samples to take at the end of this top day out.

Availability: Excluding January and the sales, generally the experience can be booked on most dates the store is open, subject to availability, but this will vary between stores. Weekend dates are always the most popular, please allow at least six weeks advance booking notice. Weather: Duration: Time spent with the personal shopper and the make-up artist or skincare consultant is quoted as a guide only (and can vary according to individual requirements) but generally can be two to three hours, including 20 – 30 minutes for the mini makeover.
