Description

Jump off a 160 foot crane in Windsor with a special someone or even a friend – a double bungee jump is a great way to bring people closer together, through sheer fear! After the all-important safety checks, both people are raised to the top of the crane in a cage lift. At the top, get strapped up together securely, step on to the platform and jump off! The thrill is like no other and it’s an experience never to be forgotten. Half a bottle of champagne is included for you both to toast the occasion and there is a chance to buy footage of this hair-raising jump. Beware – it’s not for the faint hearted!

Availability: Weekend dates around once a month throughout the year. Weather: High winds or heavy rain might prevent the jump going ahead. If in doubt, call the venue to check before leaving. Duration: After registering, a bungee time slot is allocated and the jump usually takes place within an hour. Safety checks, briefing and harnessing take around three minutes and the jump itself lasts just a few heart stopping seconds. Numbers On Day: Up to 100 others also jump on the day. Spectators: Spectators are welcome – get them to bring along a camera or video. Dress Code: Wear long trousers rather than a skirt (you’ll be upside down!). Glasses and hard contact lenses must be removed prior to jumping. Guidelines: The venue is just minutes off of the M4 motorway in Bray, close to Windsor. Great Western Trains operate between London Paddington and Maidenhead station for this most popular venue in the south east. Restrictions: Min age 14. Under 16’s need a parent/guardian’s signature.
