Learn new cooking skills from the best Michelin star and AA Rosette award-winning chefs. Choose from a range of classes such as Meat and Fish or Seasonal and Knife Skills – all classes use the freshest and most luxurious ingredients. Relax first with a brief introduction and a cup of tea or coffee before cooking. In the morning cook a dish from the course to be eaten at lunchtime, and then more in the afternoon. Leave with all the recipes and the class apron at the end of the day.
