Come and get pampered at Champneys Henlow Grange Health Farm. The two of you will stay overnight in a superior grade twin or double room, with unlimited access to the spa facilities including the whirlpool, swimming pool, gymnasium and sauna. You can use the tennis courts, bicycles or take part in a complete programme of exercise and relaxation classes, with trained therapists on hand at all times. Your experience will also include a full body massage and facial each, plus a healthy, tasty buffet lunch, three-course dinner and breakfast.

Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year. The spa is very popular – book at least six to eight weeks in advance. Weather: The weather won’t affect your stay, but some outdoor activities might be cancelled if the weather is very bad. Duration: You can check into your room from 2pm. Check out is at 10.30am the following day, but you can stay at the spa until 4pm. Your massage and facial will last for 25 minutes each. Treatment times will be confirmed on the day. Numbers On Day: Spectators: Dress Code: Bring swimwear, flip-flops, workout gear, two pairs of trainers (one for outside and another for inside) and walking boots for country hikes. Dress code for dinner is smart casual. Robes will be provided. Guidelines: Champneys Henlow Grange lies on Park Lane (or Coach Road if using Sat Nav) off of the A6001 which is accessible from junction 13 of the M1 (A507) or junction 10 (A507) of the A1. Restrictions: Minimum age 14, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Vegetarian food options are available. Kosher and other special dietary requirements can usually be catered for; requests in writing directly to the spa at least 21 days prior to arrival.
