Stay overnight in a superior grade twin or double room, with total access to the facilities, including the swimming pool, whirlpool, gymnasium, and sauna. Take part in a complete programme of exercise and relaxation classes if the mood takes you, with trained therapists on hand to give professional advice at all times. Your experience includes a La Zouche full body massage and a facial each, plus a healthy, tasty buffet lunch, three-course dinner and breakfast.

Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year. The spa is very popular – book at least six to eight weeks in advance. Weather: The weather won’t affect your stay, but some outdoor activities might be cancelled if the weather is very bad. Duration: You can check into your room from 2pm. Check out is at 10am the following day, but you can stay at the spa until 4pm. Your massage and facial will last for 25 minutes each. Treatment times will be confirmed on the day. Restrictions: Minimum age 14, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Vegetarian, kosher and other special dietary requirements can usually be catered for; requests in writing directly to the spa at least 21 days prior to arrival.
