Once acquainted with track lines and driving techniques, take the wheel of the sensational McLaren for some thrilling laps of your chosen circuit to experience its rapid pace and astounding capabilities first-hand. Availability: Availability varies between each venue, check each one for details. We recommend allowing at least several weeks booking notice for this popular experience. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. high winds, ice or heavy rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. The venue will get in touch if the experience is cancelled for any reason. Duration: Expect to be at the circuit for around one hour, including a briefing, driving laps (driving time is up to ten minutes in total) and hot lap. Numbers On Day: All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis although briefings may be shared. During familiarisation laps in the hot hatch, share the car with up to three other participants as well as the instructor. Spectators: Spectators are welcome. Children must be closely supervised at all times and dogs are not permitted. Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. A safety helmet is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum height is 5′, maximum is 6’5”. Maximum weight is 19 stone.
