Visit the challenging Three Sisters Race Circuit in Wigan for the ultimate Formula 1 style driving experience. Sit back in a stunning single-seater car and drive in a Formula Ford car solo on the Three Sisters race circuit. After a full briefing of all of the necessary driving techniques, head off on a voyage with the Formula Ford, reaching speeds faster than any road-going Ferrari! Driving close to the ground this is authentic motor racing at its best. The experience sees six miles of driving and will end with a informative debrief.

Availability: Selected Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays, plus occasional Mondays and Thursdays from late March to October. Dates fill very quickly, so we recommend booking 12 weeks in advance. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Expect to be at the circuit for up to two hours, including briefing, tuition, and time driving the single-seater. Numbers On Day: Briefings are held in groups of up to 30 people. There will be other pupils in Formula Fords on track at the same time as you. Spectators: Spectators are welcome and there are cafe/clubhouse facilities on-site. Get them to bring a camera. Please note that animals are not allowed at the circuit, with the exception of guide dogs. Dress Code: Dress comfortably (e.g. jeans and sweatshirt) and wear trainers or flat-soled shoes. A helmet will be provided or you can bring your own if you have one. Guidelines: Three Sisters Circuit is accessible from the northbound junction 25 of the M6. However, if approaching from the north there is no junction 25, so you need to loop round via junction 24. Exiting at J25, continue to the first roundabout and turn right following brown sign to Three Sisters. At next main set of traffic lights turn left, take first left into South Lancs. Industrial Estate then turn first left into Three Sisters Road. Restrictions: Minimum age is 18. Maximum weight is 18 stone. Minimum height is 5’2”, maximum 6’4”. You must have held a full British or international manual driving licence for at least 12 months which you must bring with you on the day in order to participate. Other Info: When booking expect to be offered the choice of buying a collision damage waiver at £20 to £40 additional charge. Please note there is no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.
