Test drive the phenomenally fast Nissan GT-R at a famous UK circuit including Oulton Park (Cheshire), Donington Park (Derbyshire) and Brands Hatch (Kent) – a dream come true for motoring fanatics. Kick things off with a safety briefing, followed by two miles of familiarisation laps to learn all about racing lines and track driving techniques, Next, it’s time for the main event with a spin in the mighty Nissan GT-R. Take this 4WD, 473 bhp mean machine for a six mile blast of driving action round your circuit of choice to experience its unrivalled pace and raw power first-hand – simply breathtaking!
Availability: Weekdays approximately once a month at Oulton Park and Donington Park and Thursdays and Fridays at Brands Hatch. We recommend booking several weeks in advance. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Expect to be at the circuit for up to two hours, including a briefing and six miles driving the Nissan GTR. Numbers On Day: All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis. Briefings are held in groups of up to 30 people. There might be other vehicles on the track at the same time. Spectators: Friends and family are welcome and there are excellent spectating and catering facilities on-site. Please note that animals are not allowed at any circuit (with the exception of guide dogs). Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. A helmet is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 18. Maximum weight is 16 or 18 stone. Minimum height is 5’0” or 5’2”, maximum 6’4”. A full British or international manual driving licence must be held for at least 12 months and produced on the day in order to participate. Other Info: When booking expect to be offered the choice of buying a collision damage waiver at £20 to £40 additional charge. Please note there is no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.
