Test drive of the ultra-rapid Nissan GT-R at Cheshire’s Oulton Park circuit. Start with a quick briefing, followed by two miles of demonstration laps in a sports saloon to get to grips with racing lines and track driving techniques, courtesy of a qualified instructor. Next, it’s time for the real action to begin, with a blast in the mighty Nissan GT-R. Slide behind the wheel of the 4WD, 473 bhp Nissan and experience its phenomenal speed and raw power with up to six miles of driving action, negotiating every twist and turn of the challenging Oulton Park circuit – a thrill to remember for a lifetime.

Availability: At least one date every other month throughout the year. Dates fill very quickly, so we recommend booking 12 weeks in advance. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Expect to be at the circuit for up to two hours, including a briefing and six miles driving the Nissan GTR. Please arrive 30 minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis. Briefings are held in groups of up to 30 people. There might be other vehicles on the track at the same time. Spectators: Friends and family are welcome and there are excellent spectating and catering facilities on-site. Please note that animals are not allowed at any circuit (with the exception of guide dogs). Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. A helmet is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 18. Maximum weight is 18 stone. Minimum height is 5’0”, maximum 6’4”. A full British or international manual driving licence must be held for at least 12 months and produced on the day in order to participate. Other Info: The race circuit is MSA (Motor Sports Association) approved for quality and safety. The organiser was established in 1978 and is a founder member of The Association of Racing Drivers’ Schools. All instructors here are ARDS qualified. When booking expect to be offered the choice of buying a collision damage waiver at £20 to £40 additional charge. Please note there is no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.
