Take a short break to the idyllic Lancashire countryside and stay in a comfortable camping pod at a gorgeous lakeside location. The perfect place to relax, the lush campsite is a family oriented place, welcoming children as well as well behaved dogs (kept on a lead). Each pod has a firepit for campfires or barbecues – camping wouldn’t be the same without one! (firewood available on-site for £5 a bag). Inside, find lighting and two beds – simply bring camping equipment including bedding, food and drinks and leave the tent at home! Enjoy 24 hour access to Lakeside Lodge, offering complimentary tea and coffee, full use of a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster. Toilets, hot showers, power sockets and a common room are all available.

Availability: Seven days a week between 14 February – 9 November, excluding Saturdays and Sundays in July and August and all bank holidays. Weather: Duration: Stay for one night. Check in anytime between 2pm – 8.30pm and check out by 11am. Numbers On Day: There are 21 pods on the site. The large Lakeside Lodge has a common room which can accommodate at least 50 people. Spectators: Dress Code: Guidelines: Restrictions: Guests aged 18 or over are welcome. The lodge and pods are designed to be fully accessible, ask for details upon booking. Two children or three small children (under three’s go free) can stay for £3 each and a well behaved dog £5 (pay on arrival). Other Info: Bring camping equipment including utensils, outside cooking equipment if required, all mats, sleeping bags and food. There is a large field for children to play in and plenty of games are provided in the lodge for rainy days.
