Banish the stresses of everyday life with a combination of relaxing surroundings, indulgent spa treatments and a three-course buffet lunch at Champneys Health Resorts. Choose from Champneys Resorts in Tring, Henlow, Forest Mere and the secluded Ashby-de-la-Zouche. Enjoy the facilities of each spa, which include a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, laconium, whirlpool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, gym and tennis courts. This spa day also includes a 25 minute treatment, choosing from a massage, facial, aromatherapy body wrap or a scalp massage. And if you need a break from relaxing, take part in a fitness and well-being class (subject to availability) A three-course hot and cold buffet lunch is included, as well as welcome refreshments on arrival.

Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year. Weekends fill very quickly; please allow several weeks advance booking notice. Weather: The weather won’t affect the spa day, but some outdoor activities might be cancelled if the weather is very bad. Duration: From 9am, feel free to stay all day until 6pm. The treatment time is issued on arrival and lasts for 25 minutes. Numbers On Day: Spectators: Dress Code: Bring swimwear, workout gear, two pairs of trainers (one for outside and another for inside) and walking boots for country hikes. A robe is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age 14, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Vegetarian, kosher and other special dietary requirements can usually be catered for; requests in writing directly to the spa at least 21 days prior to arrival.
