You’ll spend a whole day at the Balmoral Hotel – a luxurious spa retreat in the heart of the city with unlimited access to the facilities including the 15 metre swimming pool, dry Finnish sauna and Turkish steam room. If you have more energy to expend you can use the fully-equipped cardiovascular gym and the air-conditioned exercise room. Your day at the Balmoral Hotel spa could include an ESPA Essential massage or an ESPA Intensive facial (or both if you go for the mini versions). Pop your clothes back on before you head for your healthy light lunch (served upstairs in Hadrian’s Brasserie and not in the spa itself). Herbal tea refreshments from the spa are also available during your time at the spa.

Availability: Monday to Thursday dates throughout the year. Weather: Duration: The spa is open from 6.30am until 10pm (stay as long as you like). Choose either one treatment to last 50 minutes, or a combination of two mini treatments at 25 minutes each. The time booked is the treatment time, please arrive a few minutes early. Numbers On Day: Spectators: Dress Code: Bring swimwear, plus gym clothes and trainers if you’re planning to use the gym. Towels, a fluffy robe and slippers are provided. Guidelines: The Balmoral is centrally located in the heart of the city, next to Waverley Station. Restrictions: Minimum age is 18. The spa welcomes both men and women.
