Choosing from Champneys resorts in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Tring, Liphook or Henlow and make use of the impressive spa facilities, including swimming pool, tennis courts, sauna, fully equipped gymnasium, steam room, laconium, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and whirlpool. For ultimate indulgence, relax and find pure bliss with two soothing spa treatments, including a 25 minute massage or a facial and a Thallasotherapy pool session. A healthy, tasty buffet lunch together is included as part of the experience – enjoy.

Availability: Monday-Friday, or £20 supplement per person at weekends. Weekends fill very quickly; please allow several weeks advance booking notice. Weather: The weather won’t affect the spa day, but some outdoor activities might be cancelled if the weather is very bad. Duration: From 9am, feel free to stay all day until 6pm. Treatment times are issued on arrival and last 25 minutes each.
