Spend a day at this award-winning spa, surrounded by acres of beautiful grounds deep in the heart of Kent. The spa day includes full access to the facilities, including the unique therapy pool with high pressure showers, underwater massage beds, a therapeutic waterfall, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Feeling lively? The spa also offers a fitness suite, with qualified and friendly staff on hand to offer help and assistance throughout the day. This experience also includes a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage (helping to alleviate tension and relieve stress) each and a tasty two-course lunch in the hotel restaurant. Leave the spa feeling completely relaxed and replenished.

Availability: Monday – Friday throughout the year – subject to availability. Excluding Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s, all bank holidays and school holidays. Weather: Duration: Please arrive at 9am (as treatments may be booked for any time after then) and feel free to stay until 3pm to enjoy the spa’s facilities. Treatment times are confirmed on the day and last for 25 minutes. Numbers On Day: Spectators: Dress Code: Bring swimwear, plus a tracksuit and trainers for use in the fitness suite. Bring flip-flops if you have them, alternatively, slippers can be purchased on the day. A locker, towels, robes and toiletries are provided (a returnable £10 deposit is payable). Guidelines: Rowhill Grange is just five minutes from the M25 and M20. Exit the M25 at junction 3 (note that there are 2 exits for junction 3). Do not take the first exit marked M20, you require the 2nd exit for the A20 to London. At the roundabout follow signs for Swanley on the B2173. At Swanley follow signs for Hextable B258 through three small roundabouts. One and a half miles from the third roundabout Rowhill Grange is on your left. Restrictions: Minimum age is 18.
