This spa in the heart of Birmingham is the perfect place to spend a day with a friend or loved one. Escape the outside world into an oasis containing two saunas and a steam room, vitality spa pool, lounge and restaurant, snug pods and even a gym with fitness classes all day. That’s not all, a 30 minute treatment is included for each person, choose from a signature body scrub, taster facial or lava shell back massage. And halfway through the day take a break to enjoy lunch together with a glass of wine – all included.

Availability: Monday – Thursday throughout the year. Weather: Duration: The spa opens at 10am and closes around 5.30pm – stay all day. Numbers On Day: Whilst there are others in the spa, the treatments are held on a one-to-one basis. Spectators: Dress Code: To make full use of the facilities, please bring swimwear, flip-flops and workout gear (including trainers). Towels, robes and access to a private locker are all provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 16. Pregnant women or anyone with high blood pressure/heart disease cannot have the Rasul treatment, or use the sauna or steam rooms.
