Book a once-in-a-lifetime Porsche driving day at Heyford Park. A fantastic venue for many driving experiences, this circuit provides a fun one mile track that is quick to get to grips with and ideal for beginners and driving experts alike. Get behind the wheel of a Porsche 911 (997 version), with style and brute force to satisfy even the most serious driving enthusiast. After a familiarisation lap with a dedicated instructor, leap into the seat of the legendary Porsche 911, tearing around six laps of the Heyford Park circuit. At the end of the Porsche driving, receive analysis on driving technique as well as a special certificate to remember this amazing Porsche experience.
Availability: Runs on selected Saturdays (at least two per month) and occasional Fridays. Closed from early December to late February. All booking is subject to availability. Weather: Driving might be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue (if in any doubt). Duration: Expect to be at the circuit for up to 90 minutes. Please arrive promptly to sign in (or risk missing the experience). Driving commences approximately 45 minutes after the booked start time. Numbers On Day: All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis. Briefings are held in groups of up to 30 people. There are likely to be other vehicles on the track at the same time. Spectators: Spectators are welcome and this is a family friendly venue with refreshments available. Other extra (chargeable) drives and passenger rides are available on the day, subject to availability. Dress Code: Dress comfortably (and warmly in winter) with trousers, long sleeves and narrow, flat-soled shoes to negotiate pedals that are close together. Guidelines: Northbound, exit M40 at j10, turn onto B430 Ardley and Middleton Stoney. Follow black truck route signs to Heyford Park, pass the Ardley Waste Depot on the left and turn right to Upper Heyford. At T-junction, turn right onto Camp road, go over two roundabouts and turn next right turn into Heyford Park Gate House. Black truck route signs to Heyford Park lead you directly to the correct security gate. Go thr’ Paragon Deliveries sign. Restrictions: Maximum weight is 18 stone, minimum height is 5” and maximum height is 6’6”. A full British or international manual driving licence must be produced on the day in order to participate. Other Info: When booking expect to be offered the choice of buying a collision damage waiver at £20 to £40 additional charge. Please note there is no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.
