A personal shopper offers priceless advice on some of the latest fashions and accessories at Birmingham’s House of Fraser department store – and you also get a whopping £450 to spend on whatever takes your fancy. The package includes a consultation in a personal shopping suite, during which personality preferences and shopping tastes can be discussed with the personal shopper to help make those all-important decisions. Women receive a mini makeover while men can enjoy a skincare consultation and there’s a small goody bag filled with product samples to take home. Retail therapy starts here!

Availability: Monday to Saturday, with all booking subject to availability (Saturday dates are always the most popular). Please allow at least six weeks advance booking notice and be aware that your requested dates may take up to seven working days to be confirmed. Weather: Duration: Time spent with the personal shopper and the make-up artist or skincare consultant is quoted as a guide only (and can vary according to individual requirements) but generally can be two to three hours, including 20 – 30 minutes for the mini makeover. Numbers On Day: This is a one-to-one consultation. Spectators: It is not possible to bring spectators along to the consultation, although friends are welcome to join you for shopping afterwards. Dress Code: Guidelines: House of Fraser is situated in the city centre, just behind St Phillips Cathedral in Colmore Row. The nearest rail stations are Snow Hill (a five minute walk away) or New Street (ten minutes walk). The nearest carpark is at Snowhill railway station. Restrictions: Suitable for men and women of all ages. Men would receive a skincare consultation rather than make up tips. Your personal shopping experience may be subject to clothing size availability so please check with the store in advance if in any doubt. Other Info: There’s no cash alternative to your vouchers and change is not given. And no obligation to spend all your vouchers on the day.
