Welcome to Henlow Grange a gracious Georgian mansion nestling in one hundred acres of peaceful countryside. Its charm lies in its reverence to the past whilst providing the latest spa facilities. Your rasul treatment experience for two begins with a refreshing fruit juice on arrival and during this shared treatment you will learn where the phrase mud glorious mud came from. The combined benefits of mud and steam in a specially designed chamber will leave your skin feeling fantastic whilst the minerals soothe away any aches and pain. Enjoy unlimited use of the swimming pool, whirlpool, gymnasium, sauna and steam rooms at this Champneys venue where quality is always paramount. A rasul treatment will leave you totally refreshed and relaxed.

Availability: Mondays to Fridays throughout the year, subject to availability. Weather: Duration: Please arrive at 9am. Your rasul will last for around 45 minutes. You are free to use the spa facilities until 1pm. Numbers On Day: Numbers at the spa will vary. The treatment room can house up to four people at any one time (single sex) or one mixed couple.
