This experience offers a select few the chance to soak up some gourmet brilliance with one of Mr Blanc’s expert chefs imparting the skills and techniques of Le Manoir. Learn how to create seasonal and nutritional dishes simply and quickly with little preparation and impressive results. The session includes morning and afternoon tea and an informal lunch in the Raymond Blanc Cookery School with fellow students. As a memento of your day, take home a course certificate and a copy of Foolproof French Cookery signed by Raymond Blanc (please note that Raymond himself will not be present).
