Looking for a white water adventure with a difference? Face the rapids head-on with this adrenaline-pumping riverboarding experience for two in Cardiff – not for the faint hearted! Head to the heart of the Cardiff Indoor Sports Village to begin your riverboarding adventure. After an introductory briefing and riverboarding kit issue, it’s time for the real fun to start. Much like a bodyboard, lay stomach down, hold on tight and set off on a purpose-built white water rapid course. Use your body to guide a way through the many white water sections, obstacles and sudden drops with seasoned CIWW instructors on-hand to offer guidance along the way. This is one of the UK’s fastest growing water sports and a must for any white water adventurer.

Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year, excluding the Christmas and New Year period. Weather: Duration: Lasts around two hours. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: Share the experience with up to 10 others. Spectators: Spectators are welcome and there are toilets and a cafe on-site. Dress Code: All specialist equipment is provided, but please bring swimwear, a towel and £1 coin for the locker.
