Looking for a white water adventure with an exhilarating twist? Face the rapids head-on with this adrenaline-pumping riverboarding experience in Cardiff – not for the faint hearted! Head to the centre of the Cardiff Indoor Sports Village and begin a riverboarding adventure. After a welcome briefing and riverboarding kit issue, the real fun begins. Much like a bodyboard, lay stomach down, hold on tight and set off on a custom built white water rapid course. Use your body to guide yourself through the many white water sections, obstacles and sudden drops with professional CIWW instructors to offer assistance along the way. This is one of the UK’s fastest growing water sports and a must for any white water adventurer.

Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year, excluding the Christmas and New Year period. Weather: Duration: Lasts around two hours. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: Share the experience with up to 11 others. Spectators: Spectators are welcome and there are toilets and a cafe on-site. Dress Code: All specialist equipment is provided, but please bring swimwear, a towel and £1 coin for the locker.
