Visit the four star Rowhill Grange Hotel and Utopia Spa – a spa hotel set in nine acres of award-winning gardens in Kent. Enjoy overnight accommodation in a beautiful luxury double or twin en suite room, complete with a whole host of modern amenities. During your stay receive unlimited access to the luxurious spa facilities including the Grecian swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Feeling energetic? A qualified instructor can demonstrate how to use the equipment in the fitness suite. A full English breakfast is also included the following morning -Bliss.

Availability: Sunday – Friday, subject to availability excluding Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s, all bank holidays and school holidays. The spa is very popular – we suggest booking at least six weeks in advance, and be aware there are often wedding parties at the main hotel (particularly at weekends). Weather: Duration: Check in after 3pm. Check out of the hotel by 11am, but feel free to stay in the spa until 1pm. Numbers On Day: Spectators: Dress Code: Bring swimwear, plus a tracksuit and trainers for use in the fitness suite. Bring flip-flops if possible, alternatively, slippers can be purchased on the day. A locker, towels, robes and toiletries are provided. Guidelines: Rowhill Grange is just five minutes from the M25 and M20. Exit the M25 at junction 3 (note that there are 2 exits for junction 3). Do not take the first exit marked M20, you require the 2nd exit for the A20 to London. At the roundabout follow signs for Swanley on the B2173. At Swanley follow signs for Hextable B258 through three small roundabouts. One and a half miles from the third roundabout Rowhill Grange is on your left. Restrictions: Minimum age is 18.
