Take to the water with this wonderful sailing weekend in Devon or Cornwall, leaving from Plymouth and sailing to Salcombe or Fowey. On Friday evening, check in to a cosy berth – one for each guest (couples can share) on this stunning 40 foot sailing yacht. Start the next day with breakfast before setting sail and heading out to the open ocean. Spend the day practising boat handling, different points of sail, sail trimming and helming, whilst taking in gorgeous views of the south west coastline. Once moored, enjoy an evening out in your destination of choice. Both have plenty of pubs and restaurants so you are in for a good time. Set sail on Sunday morning and end up back where you started. All food and drinks are included, as well as car parking.

Availability: Runs on weekends between April and October. Weather: Sailing is a weather dependent activity and therefore it’s vital to call the venue the day before the booking, to confirm conditions and go ahead. If postponed, an alternative date will be arranged. Duration: Please arrive in good time (ideally few minutes early) and allow some extra time for a possible later return, depending on the tide and weather. Numbers On Day: A maximum of four people take part, plus the crew. Spectators: Spectators are welcome to wave from the marina, but cannot join participants on board. Dress Code: All safety equipment, life jackets and harnesses are included. Bring warm (even in summer), waterproof clothing that is suitable for outdoors, non marking footwear, sunglasses and sun cream. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 18.
