Brighton is the perfect place to kick back and relax, making it just the ticket for a friendly wine tasting experience for a couple. Join other fans who love to drink wine, get together in a restaurant with a welcome glass of champagne and learn from an expert exactly how to taste different wines, identify bouquets and generally come out the other end with the skills of a sommelier. The wine school is independent and are not affiliated with any alcohol brands or different retailers. Their advice is totally unbiased and after tasting a dozen or so different wines, they will have taught everyone what to look for and smell, and what makes different wines what they are. Armed with this knowledge, sit down to a two-course lunch and discuss the experience so far. A gift of an educational book called ‘A Guide to Wine Tasting’ is also given out to each participant.
