This specially designed course led by resident experts offers an insight into the enigmatic world of wine. Take pleasure in tasting a captivating selection of 12 new wines, savouring the aroma of each one. The resident experts will demonstrate and explain how to identify grapes from a variety of different regions, as well as how to select the perfect wine for every occasion, including food accompaniment. The whole class can test new skills by sitting down to lunch together and then at the end of the workshop, each person will receive a copy of the book ‘A Guide to Wine Tasting’.
