Attend a specially designed course led by resident experts offering an insight into the enigmatic world of wine. Taste a captivating selection of 13 new wines in total, savouring the aroma and taste of each one. Resident experts demonstrate and explain how to identify grapes from a variety of different regions and countries, as talk through exactly how to select the perfect wine for every occasion, including food accompaniment. The whole class can test their new skills by sitting down to lunch together and at the end of the workshop, each person receives a copy of the book ‘A Guide to Wine Tasting’.
