This is the place for ‘me’ time where you can relax, indulge and be pampered. The facilities at the spa include a 20 metre swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, Jacuzzi, relaxation area and a fully equipped gymnasium. If you want to take advantage of an extra 20 per cent discount on the day, make sure you pre-book a treatment or two. Lunch is taken care of with a tasty meal provided from the spa menu; all that exercise is likely to make you peckish!

After approximately 12 miles, take the B1007 to Stock (Stock Road). Greenwoods Estate is located just before Stock High Street on the right, after Crondon Park Lane. Alternatively, from junction 29 of the M25 take the A127 Basildon, the A176 Billericay then Stock. Just after Stock High Street, Greenwoods Estate is signposted on the left.
