With the freedom to use the facilities throughout the day, relax and rejuvenate the body and mind with a dip in the spa bath, a seat in the steam room or sauna, have a swim in the swimming pool and work up a sweat in the cardiovascular gym, squash court or aerobics area. Indulge in a 30 minute spa treatment each, with a choice between an express facial, a file and varnish for hands, a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage or a file and varnish for feet within the beauty spa. For the stomach, tuck into a healthy lunch or choose to have an afternoon tea spread with a glass of wine each – total bliss!
