Description
Experience the UK’s latest water craze surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of Scotland’s world-famous Loch Lomond on this two hour paddleboarding lesson. Start with a safety briefing before getting suited up and hitting the water to be taught the basics of stand up paddleboarding under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Learn how to paddle, steer and balance before testing out those new skills on a mini paddleboarding adventure. Explore one of Scotland’s most stunning natural environments while gliding across the water like a pro, spotting local wildlife on route – there really is no better way to learn the art of paddleboarding.
Availability: Runs daily from from April – October. Please allow at least seven days notice for booking requests. Weather: Extreme weather conditions may incur cancellation, in the interests of safety. Please call before setting out if in any doubt. Duration: Lasts around five hours, including a briefing and four hours of paddleboarding action. Please arrive up to 30 minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: After a briefing and some tuition, go off and explore Loch Lomond at your leisure. Spectators: Dress Code: There are changing facilities and secure bag storage available. Please bring swimwear and towels. All equipment other than wetsuits (which can be hired for £2 each) is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 12 (children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult). Max weight 18 stone.
