Description
Experience the UK’s latest water craze with a two hour paddleboarding lesson, taking place in the unrivalled scenery of Scotland’s world-famous Loch Lomond. Kick off with a safety briefing and some instruction before getting kitted out and heading for the water with the guidance of a professional instructor. Learn how to paddle, steer and balance before trying out your newfound skills on a mini paddleboarding adventure. Explore one of Scotland’s most beautiful natural environments while gliding across the water like a pro and try to spot local wildlife along the way – there really is no better place to learn the art of paddleboarding.
Availability: Runs daily from from April – October. Please allow at least seven days notice for booking requests. Weather: Extreme weather conditions may incur cancellation, in the interests of safety. Please call before setting out if in any doubt. Duration: Lasts around five hours, including a briefing and four hours of paddleboarding action. Please arrive up to 30 minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: After a briefing and some tuition, go off and explore Loch Lomond at your leisure. Spectators: Dress Code: There are changing facilities and secure bag storage available. Please bring swimwear and a towel. All equipment other than a wetsuit (which can be hired for £2) is provided. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 12 (children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult). Max weight 18 stone.
