This sushi making experience is ideal for couples who are fans of this delicious Japanese delicacy. Begin with a talk on the history of sushi before watching a fish cutting demonstration provided by an experienced YO! chef. Then, put the theory into practise by getting hands-on and making a meal of various sushi dishes such as Mini ISO and Maki, using classic ingredients like wasabi, nori seaweed, sushi rice, soy sauce and fish and vegetables. At the end of the class, sit down as a group to enjoy each delicious dish and take home a certificate, recipe booklet and sushi rolling mat as special keepsakes.
