Love seafood and enjoy cooking, why not try making sushi at home? The workshop is hosted by one of the restaurant’s experienced chefs, who will give a talk on the history of sushi making and provide a fish cuttng demonstration on how to prepare it, along with Japanese rice. During the session, make different types of sushi such as Nigiri, Maki and Mini ISO using fish, rice and vegetable ingredients. To finish, sample each flavoursome dish and take away a certificate, recipe booklet and rolling mat to recreate the magic at home.
