Availability: The London Eye runs daily, except for Christmas Day and the annual maintenance period (usually from early – mid Jan). Lunch cruises operate every Thurs to Sat from Jan to March, Wed to Sat in April and May, Tues to Sat from June to Sept and Wed to Sat Oct to Dec. Bank holidays are excluded. Weather: Duration: The Coca-Cola London Eye can be taken any time during the day, starting at 10am. Board the cruise from Embankment Pier at 11.45am or 12.30pm, to depart at 12.15pm or 1pm. Exact boarding time will be e-mailed 24 hours in advance. Numbers On Day: Each London Eye capsule holds a maximum of 25 people. The Symphony seats a maximum of 220 diners. Spectators: Dress Code: Smart casual wear is requested please. Guidelines: Restrictions: Minimum age is 15. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. Vegetarian meal options are available.
