Description

For an alternative camping experience, come to the Scottish Borders to stay in a Romany style caravan for three nights and enjoy life at a slower pace. The roulotte is beautifully decorated with a wood burning stove and electric radiators, located next to a wildlife pond with a jetty and small shingle beach. Within this setting sit cosily inside and enjoy the free wine and homemade sweets, or dine al fresco in the meadow overlooking the lake (crockery is provided in the kitchen area). There is an original style roulotte bedroom and a state-of-the-art stainless steel shower room, kitchen, washing and toilet facilities and eco gadgets to help make the stay easy as well as carbon neutral. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Availability: Midweek breaks Monday – Thursday all year round (excluding all school and bank holidays, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods).
