Visit Verulamium Spa in St. Albans for a top to toe luxurious spa day – an ideal experience for anyone stressed and in need of some serious pampering. As well as using the incredible facilities (including a hydrospa pool, lanconium, tepidarium, caldarium, drench showers, sauna and monsoon showers), indulge in a 55 minute rejuvenating facial and a 25 minute back massage melting away all muscle tensions. Tips and toes are polished and preened with a 40 minute luxury manicure and a 40 minute pedicure. If that weren’t enough, enjoy either a light lunch from the bistro menu or an afternoon tea spread accompanied by a glass of wine – Total bliss!
